Weaving Process

What makes a WOV-IN(R) Lanyard different from all other lanyards?

There are significant differences in the appearance, craftsmanship, quality and value of the lanyards made by WOV-IN Line versus other products on the market today. 

Every lanyard we make is designed and manufactured with a specific logo, message, or name in mind. Each message is woven at the same time as the strap so the message is part of the lanyard---not embroidered into it. Once weaving is completed, our lanyards are assembled by hand sewers so they have a specific look, and provide a neat, professional appearance.

We are the manufacturer. From our facility located in America's heartland, we extrude our own polypropylene yarn, weave all orders to precise specifications, and hand assemble each and every piece.

With over 10 quality control checkpoints you can rest assured that no matter how large or small your order, it will be handled with expert care.

WOV-IN offers a variety of different webbing types to accommodate any budget or logo type:

  

Classic webbing includes 1-color imprint on 1-color webbing or webbing with no imprint.	Cord webbing includes 1-color imprint per side on 1-color cord (2-sided) or cord with no imprint.	Premium webbing includes 1-color imprint on 1-color webbing or webbing with no imprint.
Platinum webbing includes 1-,2- or 3-color imprint on 1-color webbing (1-or 2-sided if available).	Elite fabric includes up to 8 colors.	Elite Fringe fabric includes up to 8 colors.
Elite+(Plus) fabric includes up to 8 colors, sewn to one side of 1-color Classic webbing.	Elite2(Squared) fabric includes up to 8 colors per side, sewn back to back.	Organic: Elite fabric includes up to 8 colors, sewn to one side of natural Organic webbing.
